When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on most of our products.

In some cases, a small shipping fee may apply, this is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry if that happens. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we ship across the UK and select EU countries.
