These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BrightOrah website (brightorah.com) and any purchases you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or invalid delivery addresses.
3. Products & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, minor variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to photography and screen differences.
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice.
- Shipping costs and any applicable import duties are additional unless stated otherwise.
- We may limit order quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order: Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Payment: We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
Pricing errors: If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
- Customs delays may occur for international orders and are beyond our control.
- Undeliverable or refused parcels may be reshipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus original shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are fully respected. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary:
- 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
- 30-day return window — our extended guarantee for most products.
- Faulty goods: we cover return shipping. Within 30 days: full refund. Within 6 months: repair, replacement, or refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- Change of mind: customer pays return postage. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items under £15: we may offer a refund without requiring the return.

All content on our website — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and designs — is owned by BrightOrah or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

By submitting a review, comment, or feedback, you grant BrightOrah a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and improvement purposes. You confirm that your feedback is truthful, lawful, and not misleading. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We will provide details of a relevant ADR body upon request. We are not obliged to participate in ADR but may agree to do so at our discretion.
14. General Terms
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU and UK consumers retain any mandatory consumer protections available in their country of residence.
