3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, minor variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to photography and screen differences.

• Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Shipping costs and any applicable import duties are additional unless stated otherwise.
• We may limit order quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order: Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Payment: We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.

Pricing errors: If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
• Customs delays may occur for international orders and are beyond our control.
• Undeliverable or refused parcels may be reshipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus original shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

• 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
• 30-day return window — our extended guarantee for most products.
• Faulty goods: we cover return shipping. Within 30 days: full refund. Within 6 months: repair, replacement, or refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
• Change of mind: customer pays return postage. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Items under £15: we may offer a refund without requiring the return.
